The Blue Starling is a striking bird with iridescent colours and shows up as our guide for August to inspire you to shine. It is time to stand out and do your thing. It is finally time to rise from the ashes of previous failures and to truly believe in yourself again.

The starling calls you to be visible and to be true to you and your uniqueness. But, although the starling has a way to be striking and visible, it is also very sociable and often spends its time in a flock. In Europe, the starlings flock together in their thousands to create beautiful patterns in the sky.

Starling wants to guide you to also know your unique place and skills within a group or partnership. August is a month to work together. Trust that spirit guides you toward the right partners or group. The more you radiate the true you and live by example, the more the people who need to be in your life, will be attracted to work with you. There is no neediness involved. They can support you and you can offer them something that they need at this stage of their journey.
